GRADE SYSTEM FOR SELLING A DEVICE

Grade A – Pristine Condition

To be graded as Pristine, devices will show no signs of wear on the housing and screen. Scratch less, with no signs of use, Grade A devices must be clean and be able to pass our extensive testing process that meets OEM guidelines. A Grade A device must include original box, charger and cable. It must look new and offer fantastic value compared to a brand-new device. 85% is the minimum battery health permissible for a device under this grade.

Grade B – Excellent Condition

Devices at Grade B will have minor scratches or scuffs that are not visible at arms-length and that do not penetrate the surface of the device (cannot be felt when running fingernail over them). A Grade A device must be clean and be able to pass our extensive testing process that meets OEM guidelines. 5% is the minimum battery health permissible for a device under this grade.

Grade C – Good Condition

To be graded as Good, a device will show light to medium signs of wear which can be noticeable scratches (can be felt when running a fingernail over them) on the housing and screen, though will not be dented or have broken frames.

Grade D – Fair Condition

Devices at Grade D will show heavy signs of wear which can include having a cracked screen, back glass or camera lenses. Devices at this grade must power on with no issue and must be fully working.

Grade X – Unique Condition

Devices at Grade X will power on and storages will be clear, though nothing else is expected in regards to cosmetic, aesthetic or functioning quality.
